You can get in-game items. Those items will be added to your inventory automatically, but make sure you are online on the server, your character is alive and has free inventory space. If you bought Explosive Kegs, remember that you have to type chat command "/kegs" before using it (timeout is about 5 min and after you will need to type the command again), otherwise, it will not deal with the damage. Contact the support if something going wrong.
